Roger J. Wendell grants you the right to use his Trademarks and Service Marks (collectively the "trademarks"), provided that you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Roger J. Wendell must be clearly identified as the owner of the marks
Roger J. Wendell's trademarks must be used only to:
1. describe or reference Roger J. Wendell specifications, documents, software, or other products listed at the Roger J. Wendell web site, or
2. describe non-Roger J. Wendell products that implement the required features and operations of Roger J. WendellProducts.
